Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
● Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours before your appointment may be rebooked without a deposit.
● If you cancel, reschedule, or do not show up within 24 hours of your appointment, a non-refundable deposit will be required before any future appointment can be booked.
● The deposit will be applied toward your next service total at your next appointment.
● Failure to attend a future appointment or another late cancellation may result in the loss of the deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
